Principle of hollow blade dryer:
Hollow blade Paddle dryer is a kind of heat conducting and low speed mixing type dryer. There is a jacket installed inside the cylinder and hollow blades equipped in the hollow shaft, when heat carrier enters, wet materials are mixed by the paddle, thus heat exchange of cylinder and stirring blade hot surface is fully processed, so that raw materials are dried.

Application
hollow blade dryer is suitable for all kinds of pasted, granulous and powdery materials that have good heat stability, and also suitable for drying thermal sensitive materials as well as solvent recovery. The heating medium can be steam, hot water, hot air and so on. The typical drying materials are: Carbon black, calcium carbonate, gypsum, clay, nylon and polyester slice, already, polypropylene etc.

6. Suitable for drying of high humidity products: the use of blade drying elements and continuous mixing allows drying of highly viscous, high humidity materials. It is designed to avoid product retention at dead ends and overheating or spoilage caused by product retention.
