Application
SXG rotating flash drying machine is applicable to dry viscous,
thixotropic, thermosensitive powdery and granular materials in the
dyes, pigment, chemical, ceramics, food and pharmaceutical
industry. The appropriate materials can be dried by this drying
equipment include:
1. Inorganic materials: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide,
copper sulfate, ferric oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide,
metal hydroxide, heavy metallic salt and compound cryolite.
2. Organic materials: atrazine, lauric acid, benzoic acid, sodium
oxalate, cellulose acetate
3. Ceramics: kaolin, silica and calay
4. Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, butyrate, titanium
hydroxide, zinc sulfide, azo dyes
5. Food: soy protein, gelatinized starch, vinasse, triticin, wheat
starch
6. Pharmaceuticals: analgin (The first domestic application of
flash dryer)
1) Very short drying time: Completely crushed and dispersed wet material can expose maximum surface to hot air.So the drying time is very short, only takes 1-5 seconds.
2) Dust free working condition: The whole system is wokring under negetive pressure condition which can make a dust free drying plant.
3) Suitable for drying heat sensitive material: Because of short drying time and fast evaporation rate, heat sensitive materials can be dried under very high temperature.
4) Huge capacity in small machine: fast drying and compact machine body makes a small machine can handle large quantity of wet material.
5) Drying process control: The top installed centrifual classifier can well control moisture content and granules size distribution of dried product.
6) Heat supply system: The dryer can be heated by electricity, steam, oil/gas/coal/biomass fired hot air generator.
