Company Description and scope

This series dryer is suitable for drying various kinds of powder, granule, lump and mud like material. It is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials and other industries, such as organic materials, ceramics, etc.

Working principle

Hot air from the entrance pipe with suitable spouting velocity from the bottom of the dryer into stirring and crushing and drying chamber, generate strong shear, the material blowing floating, rotating, so the material by centrifugal, shear, collision, friction and the particle, the enhancement of mass transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger particle group is wet mechanical crushing under the action of the stirrer, moisture content is low, while small granules by rotating airflow rise, further drying in the rising process. Due to the gas-solid two-phase flow in rotating inertia of solid phase is more than that of gas, solid and gas relative velocity between two phases is larger, enhancement of mass and heat transfer between two phases,Therefore, the machine is of high production strength.
