Vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a kind of intensified drying device with special purpose, which is usually used for the final drying of materials. In the drying process, mechanical vibration helps the fluidization of materials, which is not only conducive to the turbulent boundary layer and the enhancement of heat and mass transfer, but also ensures that the drying equipment works under relatively stable flow mechanics conditions. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is very convenient for control and management
